- Hotel check-in at the JP (Jaunmoku Palace) Information Centre – from 3 pm to 6 pm.
- Check-in after 6 pm only by contacting the JP Information Centre, agreeing on the registration options and paying 100% of the service until 6 pm at the day of arrival.
- Early check-in (from 8.30 am)/ late check-out (until 6 pm)/ 50% of the room price.
- Check-out from 8.30 am to 12.00; earlier check out having previously agreed for it with the JP Information Centre Centre.
Additional beds
- Baby cots are available free of charge for children up to 2 years of age.
- It is possible to place an extra bed in several rooms – EUR 15.00.
- Additional bed can be reserved by contacting the JP Information Centre until 12.00 am on the day of arrival.
Breakfast
- Breakfast is served from 9.00 am to 11.00 am, other times by separate agreement.
- Price EUR 8.00/person, for children up to 7 years of age – EUR 4.00/person.
- Breakfast can be reserved by contacting the JP Information Centre until 12.00 am the day of arrival.

- Additional table service in the room – EUR 10.00.
- Accommodation with a pet is possible in the Standard rooms of the Manor building, Pond House – EUR 10.00. It must be agreed by contacting the JP Information Centre until 12.00 am the day of arrival.
